IRMA Exception

By publicly posting the following written disclosure, the Louisiana State Bond Commission intends that market participants receive and use it for purposes of the Independent Registered Municipal Advisor exemption to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Municipal Advisor Rule.

The Louisiana State Bond Commission has retained Public Resources Advisory Group as its Independent Registered Municipal Advisor. The Louisiana State Bond Commission is represented by and will rely on Public Resources Advisory Group to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities and municipal financial products. Proposals may be addressed as follows:
