Complete tax returns for 2019 and 2020
Occupational license for 2019, 2020 and 2021
Federal Taxpayer ID Number (EIN)
Information on PPP loans, EIDL loans, Advance EIDL and Main Street Recovery Program grants your business received
Documentation on the number of movie screens at your theater
Proof of the number of screens your theater has. Examples include a schedule of movies by screen or building plans.
DO I NEED TO RE-APPLY?
You do not need to re-apply. No new applicants will be accepted for this grant program. Only those who applied and were deemed eligible during the last grant process will be considered this time.
HOW WILL THE GRANTS BE DISTRIBUTED?
Grants will be given on a pro-rata or per screen basis on or before December 31, 2022.
HOW MUCH IS GOING TOWARD ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES?
Only 5%. We want businesses to benefit. Not government.
Only those businesses who were enrolled and deemed eligible last year will be considered for additional funds during this open period of funding.
At no time will we ask for your credit card or banking information.
