2024 Regular Legislative Session
Schedule 20 - Cooperative Endeavor Agreements
Recipients of an appropriation under Acts 4 and 776 of 2024 Regular Legislative Session must have an executed Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (CEA) with LA Department of Treasury in order to receive their funding.

After Treasury receives contact information from the legislature, recipients will receive notification from LA Department of Treasury informing them of their appropriation and requesting information so a CEA can be drafted by LA Department of Treasury.
