Line-item Appropriations from the 2025 Regular Legislative Session of the Louisiana Legislature

Recipients of an appropriation from Acts 1 or 461 of the 2025 Regular Legislative Session are required to execute a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (CEA) with the Louisiana Department of Treasury (Treasury) to receive funding. The CEA will outline how appropriated funds will be spent, goals your entity seeks to achieve with the use of the funds, budget and expenditure information, and how Treasury will transfer the funds to your entity.
